6-10 Weekly Classes Foundation

CSQ Training & Certification. The foundation course in evidence-based Civic Science: Transition Economics, constitutions, Bills of Rights, sustainable policy, and national leadership. Certification is split into 6 to 10 weekly classes with a 60-70 minute duration, plus homework assignments.

MEMS 101

6-10 Weekly Classes Intermediate

CSQ Training & Certification. Model Economy * Model Society — the data-science core of the MEMS Double Your Economy Challenge. Learn to build and prove economic and social policy with evidence, not ideology.

MEMS 102

6-10 Weekly Classes Advanced

Course Duration & Cost

Certification is split into 6 to 10 weekly classes with a 60-70 minute duration, plus homework assignments.
Certification lasts for two years, at which time graduates attend another accreditation session to stay current with the rapid advancements in evidence-based Civics and National Leadership.
A 20% per-person discount applies to offices with five or more persons attending one class.
Re-testing after a failing grade is available at a 50% cost reduction.

Course Rules & Approach

Acceptance is granted on a first-come, first-served basis; maximum class size is 20.
A final exam score of 75% is required to pass and move on with certification.
Weekly homework assignments must be completed satisfactorily before certification is awarded.
Courses are delivered in person or in Google Meet sessions; tests are time-limited to 70 minutes.

Professional Civic Scientist (PCS)

Similar to a Professional Engineer, a PCS — Professional Civic Scientist — takes a vow never to harm society. Civic Scientists also risk losing their certifications due to significant evidence of misconduct and impropriety.

A Professional Civic Scientist designation is awarded to candidates who complete the prerequisite courses, who prove their advanced skills in data science and context resolution, who take their oath, and who sustain the highest standard of professionalism and credibility in their work and consulting duties.

Graduates who complete their training can transform investment and double economies; they can guarantee education and guard against harmful indoctrination. Civic Scientists turn around collapse, and build human advance in strong nations reliably.

Sustainability & Civic Scientist Endorsements

Corporate, Government, and Political Party certifications and endorsements (not personal certifications) are available at three levels:

Bronze

Certification or endorsement awarded as a snapshot in time; expires after two years.

Silver

Monitored — looks for policy mistakes being corrected on an ongoing basis.

Gold

Monitors and ensures renewing certification yearly, so that sustainability isn't simply promised and then abandoned.
